Access ROR-1B on MeeBhoomi Portal
The Record of Rights (ROR-1B) is a crucial document for landowners, containing information about the ownership of the land. Here’s how you can access it:
- Step 1: Visit the official Portal - https://meebhoomi.ap.gov.in/.
- Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “1B (మీ 1-బి/గ్రామ 1-బి)” tab.
- Step 3: Select your district, mandal, village, and survey number.
- Step 4: Enter the required details, including the account number.
- Step 5: Complete the Captcha and click on “Submit.”
The ROR-1B document will be displayed on the screen, which you can download and print for your records.
View Adangal, Village Adangal
Adangal is an essential document for agricultural landowners. To view Adangal details:
- Step 1: Go to the MeeBhoomi homepage and click on “మీ అడంగల్/గ్రామ అడంగల్.”
- Step 2: Choose between “Your Adangal” or “Village Adangal.”
- Step 3: Enter the district, mandal, and village details.
- Step 4: Provide the survey number, along with the Captcha code.
- Step 5: Click on “Submit” to view the Adangal document, which includes detailed information about the land and its usage.
Check Land Conversion Details
MeeBhoomi also allows users to check the conversion status of agricultural land to non-agricultural land. This is particularly important for those looking to develop land for commercial or residential purposes:
- Step 1: On the Mee Bhoomi Portal homepage, click on “Land Conversion Details.”
- Step 2: Select your district, mandal, and village.
- Step 3: Enter the survey number and other required details.
- Step 4: Click on “Submit” to view the status of the land conversion application.
View Village and LP Maps
To get a visual representation of land parcels, users can access village and LP maps through the MeeBhoomi portal:
- Step 1: Click on the మీ L.P Map/FMB/గ్రామ పటం option on the homepage.
- Step 2: Select your district, mandal, and village.
- Step 3: Enter the survey number or other relevant details.

Link Aadhaar to Land Records
Linking Aadhaar to land records enhances security and ensures that the records are updated. To link Aadhaar:
- Step 1: Click on the “ఆధార్ లింకింగ్ స్టేటస్” option on the homepage.
- Step 2: Enter your district, mandal, village, and account number.
- Step 3: Complete the Captcha and click on “Submit” to link your Aadhaar number with your land records.
Download Electronic Passbook
The electronic passbook is a digital document that contains comprehensive details of all land holdings by an individual:
- Step 1: On the homepage, click on the “ఎలక్ట్రానిక్ పాస్ పుస్తకం డౌన్లోడ్” tab.
- Step 2: Enter your district, mandal, village, and account number.
- Step 3: Provide your registered mobile number and complete the Captcha.
- Step 4: You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on “Submit.”
- Step 5: The electronic passbook will be available for download.

MeeBhoomi services are generally free of cost for viewing land records online. However, nominal charges apply for obtaining certified copies or additional services.
